Okay. No joke. I work twelve hours a day, seven days a week, and the hours will only get longer until November. (I work for the Democratic Party trying to get Obama elected. I'll give you a moment to relish in the irony.) I... literally do nothing but work and sleep. Sleep and work. And occasionally I don't sleep (I do, though, always work). This batdickery will continue until November. I'm basically going to be MIA until then. So if I don't read your fic, or don't comment on your entry about your bad day, or don't post for a while, it's not because I totally hate you, or because I don't care; no, it's because I'm making phone calls and making phone calls and making more phone calls.

So, hiatus until November 6th (except, I will post about The Dark Knight, Comic Con, and House S5 premiere). At least -- for the livejournal. I always check my e-mail and I'm always on AIM. I might not be any good, and I might not respond back in full, but that's how to catch me.

I have to say that I find it ironic that the WGA went on strike on November 5 and the election is on November 4. Literally, I've been at this for a whole year. Christ. That's kind of scary.

As for second_ddx, we are still planning on going through with it, as soon as we can. tallin is dealing with some crazy-omg-wtfness at work, as well, and once we have the server up-and-running, we will officially launch the madness.

jaded088: oh, the dreaded H-word...unfortunately i've sunk into a bit of an unmotivated state when it comes to writing fanfiction of any sort, so this side project is being put on hold for now. it could be for a couple of weeks, it could be indefinitely. i really couldn't say at this point in time, but i do appologize to anyone who was reading our little weekly drabbles.

To celebrate Independence day AND my receiving an Action Replay a few days ago, This give away shall be SHINY POKEMON! (Pokemon hatched to be shiny using an Action replay code, not caught through chaining or anything like that. These Pokemon are considered non-legit by many people, but I shall refer to them as semi-legit since I did have to do the work of breeding and hatching, but the AR code made the shininess possible).




In case anyone hasn't figured it out...these are AR'd shiny with an "all shiny" code that allowed me to hatch shiny pokemon and are NOT obtained through chaining or by sheer luck! PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU WANT IT NAMED OR NOT! It saves me a comment added to each request...keeps the list shorter and stuff.

Status:okay, so I still have four pokemon on hold...and 3 others that still need homes. I'm gonna be mostly gone for the night, but I'll pop back as often as I can through the night to try to catch people. Please reply with when you'll be around so I can try to figure out how to get these pokemon to everyone.
